Hi, I’m Chloe and I’m a freelance social media manager. I have over 5 years experience managing professional social media accounts and I have a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and Digital Media. I work with business owners and help them with their social media marketing. Essentially, I work to make life easier for you, and take the full-time job that is social media off your hands. Do I need to commit to working with you?
Depending on the service you need, absolutely not! I only ask my clients to sign contracts with me for ongoing social media management or other ongoing/monthly services. With this contract I simply ask for 30 days notice if you wish to end our agreement.
I don’t see a service I need listed above?
The list above is not exhaustive. Feel free to contact me about your social media/digital marketing needs and I’ll help where I can, or recommend someone to help where I can’t!
Can I use your services on an ad-hoc basis?
Of course! While I prefer to commit to minimum weekly/monthly deliverables, I understand that your business needs may change month to month. Get in touch with me to discuss this further.
What social media platforms do you work with?
I consider myself an “expert” with Instagram! However, I do work with clients on LinkedIn, Facebook and I have personal experience with TikTok. Outside of social media, I work with WordPress site management, Klaviyo email marketing and Shopify website management.
Do you have a waiting list?
Of course! My books are currently full for monthly ongoing social media management, but I would be happy to take your details and reach out to you as soon as a slot comes up.
How much involvement is needed from me?
That is very much up to you! I have clients that request approval for everything, and others who just let me work away, so they don’t have to worry about anything. The level of input from you as a business owner is your call!
